What is a Music Vacation?

A music vacation is your day at the beach, by the pool or enjoying your favorite activities with the people you care the most about. And as the sun begins to set, you make way to our intimate outdoor venue for an amazing evening of music from your favorite artists and new ones you’ll discover.

What is a 4-Day Music Pass?

All prices listed are for each day of music in your own "Reserved" Cove along with access to Moon Crush experiences and amenities. The price does not include lodging, travel, food or beverage.

I’m on the waitlist. Will I be able to get tickets?

Pink Moon ‘22 is officially sold out and very few waitlist tickets will be issued in the case someone cancels. We cannot guarantee you will receive a ticket if you sign up for the waitlist. We will reach out and let you know if something opens up.

What is a Cove? (Contained Outdoor Viewing Environment)

Your Cove is your reserved space to enjoy music with your friends. We want you to enjoy every moment of music with your people without having to elbow your way through the crowd from a trip for drinks or to the restroom.

Reserved Coves hold 2-6 people and will be your Cove during all 4 Days of Music. Select a “2 Person” or “4-Person” Cove, with the option to add a 3rd or 5th and 6th guest, depending on the size of your group.

All Coves include: 

- Option for Food & Drink Delivery to Your Cove using your Phone
- Option to Participate in our Cooler Program
- A Chair for each Person in your Group
- Access to Air Conditioned Bathrooms

How does lodging work?

Guests traveling to Miramar Beach, FL for Moon Crush have the option to reserve 1-3 Bedroom Condos on Seascape Resort property directly with our team. We have lodging reserved at Majestic Sun, Surfside, Ariel Dunes I & II as well as a selection of Villas all within a few minute walk of the venue and the beach. For our guests wishing to stay off property or requiring 4+ Bedrooms, please message us at 785-390-8615 and we can assist in helping secure the perfect place for your vacation. 


By reserving lodging with our team, we're able to extend our rates, directly communicate on your behalf with our housing partners, offer you the most flexible cancellation rates and guarantee you a full refund in the event of any changes due to Covid. We are unable to support guests who book directly with AirBnB, VRBO or other Rental companies in the case that you need to cancel or in the event of a Covid related issue. We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance directly with our team or through an independent agent.

How does sitting and standing work in the Coves?

We realize that some of our guests prefer to enjoy the music while sitting and some like to dance the entire time. For guests who are unable or have trouble standing for long periods of time, please reach out to our team at 785-390-8615 and we’ll work to try to find you a more comfortable and accommodating option. This may result in being in a different location but we will work with you to find the best available solution.

How many days is the minimum stay at Seascape Resort during Moon Crush?

For our on-site lodging at Seascape Resort, the minimum stay accommodates 4-Nights with Check-in at 3PM on Thursday, April 21, 2022 and Check-out by 10AM on Monday, April 25, 2022. If you would like to add an additional night, you can do so for as little as $200 per night.

What is included with my lodging at Seascape Resort?

- 4 Nights with Check-In at 3 PM on Thursday, 4/21/2022
- Check out by 10 AM on Monday, 4/25/2022
- Daily Beach Chair Service - with the exception of Surfside 
- Short walk to the beach and to the Venue
- Free Parking for One Car
- Ability to add additional nights for as little as $200 per night

What is the "Stock Your Cooler" Program?

We're excited to offer "Stock Your Cooler" to all our 4-Day Pass guests. Purchase the official Moon Crush Cooler during booking and have it waiting for you in your "Reserved" Cove each day with the drinks you order using our app. We will refill it each day and it's yours to keep on Sunday after the final show. Each cooler holds ~20-25 cans plus ice.

What Food and Drink options will be available?

You’ll be able to place orders right from your phone to have Food and Drinks delivered to your Cove. We will also have walk-up stations to purchase Food and Drink. Full menus will be released closer to the event.

Will outside Food and Drink be allowed in?

No outside food or drinks will be allowed. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons with a directive from a doctor.

Is there an age limit to be part of this experience?

Moon Crush is an all ages music vacation! However, you must be at least 21 years old to be the Lead Guest on a Cove reservation. For accommodations, the age requirement to be the Lead Guest on a reservation is 25 years old.

Do I have to bring the same guests with me to the shows each night or am I able to swap?

You are welcome to bring a different guest each night if you choose. You and your guests will just need to show your QR code to enter the venue.

What is the capacity for this event?

Most of the artists you will see on our stage regularly perform for audiences of 10,000 - 25,000 fans. By limiting our capacity to ~5,000-6,000 (depending on how many people are in each Cove), you get to see these artists enjoy the rare treat of being able to deliver a special show in an intimate setting. We also invite the artists to vacation with their families and friends during the event which can lead to some impromptu collaborations.

Is there a VIP or Platinum Package?

At Topeka, we don’t believe in VIP or Platinum Packages. Our vacations are about connecting with your people in a community setting. All guests will enter through the main entrance, have a Cove for their group, option of Food and Drink delivered to them and have access to the same premium air-conditioned bathrooms. Think of it as just one big VIP section!

Will we have to wear masks when not in our Cove?

We are in regular communication with local health and public safety officials and will follow current recommendations and guidelines in place at the time of the festival.

Is there a youth discount?

Children under the age of 3 do not need a ticket to attend the event, but a parent or adult must hold the infant in their lap as they will not have a dedicated seat. Children 3 or older are required to have their own seat in a Cove at full ticket price.

Is it Miramar Beach, FL or Miramar, FL?

We realized that there is more than one Miramar in Florida. We are in Miramar Beach, FL which is near Ft. Walton Beach between Destin, FL, and 30A. The other Miramar is near Miami.

What are the safety requirements?

We are continuing to closely monitor developments with the COVID-19 pandemic and are in regular communication with local health and public safety officials. We will follow current recommendations and guidelines in place at the time of the event. We will provide more information as the event approaches so you know what to expect.

Can I buy passes to the event on site?

All passes must be purchased in advance of Moon Crush. No Coves or parking passes will be sold onsite.

What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather at showtime?

Moon Crush is a rain or shine event. Should inclement weather conditions occur, we may adjust showtimes either by starting earlier or ending later. In the case of extreme weather, we may move shows to the following day.

What happens if there is a hurricane?

We will offer all guests a full refund in the event of a hurricane during our scheduled music vacation and in the case the local authorities issue evacuation orders. We have insurance to cover the cancellation of the event due to weather. Each housing partner has different cancellation policies and we encourage all guests to buy travel insurance on your accommodations to allow you to receive a full refund vs a future credit on housing.

What is the best airport to fly into?

We recommend Destin / Ft. Walton Beach Airport (VPS) which is approx a 30-minute drive, Panama City Beach, FL (ECP) which is approx a 45-minute drive or Pensacola Airport (PNS) which is approx a 60-minute drive.

Where will Moon Crush be held?

The Moon Crush venue is located on the golf course at Seascape Golf Beach & Tennis Resort (556 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550)

Is there parking at the Venue?

We will be offering a limited supply of parking passes on-site but encourage all guests to walk, bike, or rent a golf cart. There will be free bike and golf cart parking at the venue.

What is the Topeka Vacation Protection Plan?

The Topeka Vacation Protection plan is a custom product designed for Moon Crush attendees. The plan is comprised of benefits to protect your trip cost, travel arrangements, and your personal belongings, as well as optional benefits. You can choose from 2 levels of protection: Our standard Policy or Our 50% Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Policy. Plan holders can insure up to $3,000 per person including lodging, event ticket registration fee protection, & travel expenses.

This is a travel protection plan with insurance and non-insurance benefits to cover trip costs and provide assistance in case of emergencies or unforeseen events.

The plan can cover:

·      Travel arrangements (lodging, transportation, event tickets, vacation packages)

·      Personal belongings (baggage, personal effects)

·      Emergencies (accident, sickness, dental)

Optional benefits are available at an additional cost. Some benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.

What is a Travel Protection Plan?

A travel protection plan is a combination of insurance and non-insurance travel benefits that can help protect you from losses due to unexpected events that occur during your trip. Insurance benefits like Accident & Sickness Medical Expense can help during an emergency, while benefits such as Travel Inconvenience can provide a fixed benefit amount in the event of a flight cancellation, travel delay, or other stated inconvenience.

What is the difference between the Standard Policy and 50% Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)?

The Standard plan covers up to 100% of non-refundable insured Trip costs. The 50% Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) plan will reimburse up to 50%of non-refundable Trip costs for ANY reason not covered by the standard plan.

Do each of my guests need to purchase their own Travel Insurance or can I purchase for everyone since I’m the Lead Guest?

ALL guests must purchase their own Travel Insurance policy based on per person costs in their name. A single guest cannot purchase Travel Insurance for anyone other than themselves.

How do I calculate my coverage costs if we live in the same household and only 1 of us paid in full?

If you live in the same household, just divide the total cost straight down the middle and each person will purchase their individual policy covering that per person amount.

Travel Insurance Example Scenarios

A) I am traveling to Moon Crush with 4 friends. 2 of us are flying and 2 are driving. We purchased a 4-Person Cove for $2,000 and a 3 bedroom at Majestic Sun for $2,600. 2 of us purchased plane tickets for $300 each. We should divide the cost of our Cove & Lodging by 4 and each traveling guest should cover the cost of their plane ticket. The 2 guests traveling by plane should purchase $1,450 worth of coverage while the guests driving should purchase $1,150 worth of coverage.

B) My spouse & I live in the same household and purchased a 2-Person Cove for $1,200 along with a 1 Bedroom at Ariel Dunes for $1,500. We should divide these costs straight down the middle and each purchase $1,350 worth of coverage.

What is the process if I need to cancel my trip?

What is the cutoff date to purchase my Travel Insurance for Pink Moon '22?

If you would like to purchase the 50% Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Policy, you must do so within 10 days of your initial reservation. You can purchase the Original Plan until April 7, 2022.

Trip Cancellation & Interruption Benefits

Cancelling your trip for a covered reason can reimburse up to 100% of your non-refundable trip cost. Interrupting your trip for a covered reason can reimburse up to 100% of your non-refundable trip cost including costs associated with returning home prior to your scheduled return date. Optional 50% Cancel for Any Reason, which allows you to cancel your trip for any reason prior to your scheduled departure, is available at an additional cost.

Plan Cost

The cost of your travel protection plan is based on the PER PERSON cost of your trip (which includes your festival ticket). Your trip cost is a combination of travel arrangements like:

·      Event tickets/passes

·      Accommodations

·      Transportation

 

Eligibility for optional travel arrangement protection benefits such as the 50% Cancel For Any Reason requires that you purchase your plan within 10 days of the initial deposit made toward your trip is received. Additional terms apply.

Can I purchase Travel Insurance no matter what US state I live in?

We are unable to offer the Topeka Travel Protection Plan to residents of MO, MT, NY, PA, OR, & WA. If you live in one of these states, please Click Here to purchase your Travel Insurance.

What is Key Band insurance?

Key Band insurance is a unique benefit exclusive to the Topeka Vacation Protection Plan. It is designed to protect fans like you against the unlikely event that their favorite headliner is unable to perform. You will be asked to choose the one headliner you are most interested in seeing at check-out and if your “Key Band” cannot attend, we will reimburse you for the Maximum Benefit Amount in your plan. *Key Band insurance is not available to residents of MO, MT, NY, PA, OR & WA.

Will insurance outside of Travel Insured cover my tickets and lodging?

Yes, outside plans may cover your Moon Crush passes and lodging at Seascape Resort in the case you can no longer attend. Coverage is determined by your insurance company, so we suggest you contact them directly. Please keep in mind that Key Band insurance is exclusive to the Topeka Vacation Protection Plan.

Do I need insurance to cover my tickets if the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to Covid-19?

We will give everyone the option to choose a full refund on your tickets or credit toward a future Moon Crush if the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19. Although you do not need insurance to cover your tickets in this circumstance, we recommended purchasing trip insurance to cover your other travel expenses.

Do I need insurance to cover my lodging if the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to Covid-19?

If you booked lodging at Seascape Resort through Moon Crush, we will issue you a full refund or a free transfer/credit to a future Moon Crush if the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19. If you booked lodging elsewhere, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

Yes - we have an ADA parking lot located at the venue. Please message us at 785-390-8615 and we'll make sure you're all set with your pass.

Is the event ADA-friendly?

The venue is ADA accessible and we offer ADA parking upon request. Please text us +1 (785) 390-8615 if you require ADA parking or additional accommodations and our team will be happy to assist you! We also have a viewing deck specifically for ADA guests who are concerned about visibility.
