Top Questions

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at the time of check-in. Guests must also provide one of the following:

    • Proof of being fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to check-in at Moon Crush OR
    • Record of a negative COVID-19 test from no more than 72 hours prior to check-in

    If you will be fully vaccinated, (having received both Moderna / Pfizer shots or the single Johnson & Johnson) you’ll be required to show your physical vaccination card as proof. Please note this 14-day window begins after your last vaccination.  Please note that photocopies or pictures of vaccination cards will not be accepted.

    If you will be providing a negative COVID-19 test result, a physical print out is preferred. However, we will accept digital copies presented on your smart phone if a physical copy is not available.

  • April 1, 2021 is the last day to increase or decrease the size of your cove. Please reach out to our Guest Services team by 6:00pm ET on April 1, via live chat, email, or phone at 833-935-2774 if you wish to change the size of your Cove.

    Please be advised that as we are getting closer to the event and have already finalized the venue map, if you add additional people to your Cove, it is likely that we will not have room for more people in your designated row. This may mean your Cove will be further back after adding or removing guests.

  • No name changes will be allowed after April 21, 2021.

    Name changes or unknown guest additions made between February 25, 2021 and April 16, 2021 - $75 per change.
    Name changes or unknown guest additions made between April 17, 2021 and April 21, 2021 - $100 per change.

    How it Works

    Option 1

    Give the new guest your Sixthman Username. While booking, your friend must enter your Sixthman Username in the REFERRER field (located in “Step 3" of the booking pages) to receive the $100 discount.

    Option 2

    As the referrer, you can log into your Sixthman account, go to the Referrals section and select Moon Crush. Enter your friend’s email address, add a personalized message! They will receive an email telling them all about the discount, the event, and how they can be a part of it.


    The Fine Print

    • Accommodations booked during the pre-sale period are not eligible for the referral program.
    • Referrals are not retroactive, thus cannot be added after the reservation has been made.
    • The program ends 30 days prior to the event, March 27, 2021.
    • The referrer must be currently booked on Moon Crush.
    • Accommodations booked by travel agents are not eligible to participate in referral program.
    • Referral credit will be reconciled by the final payment date of February 24, as well as 2 weeks prior to the event, and will appear on the referrer’s confirmation. Please contact Sixthman PRIOR to the event if your referral does not appear on your confirmation. If the referred reservation cancels prior to paying in full, we reserve the right to reverse the referrer’s discount.

     

  • Yes! “Music Only” passes are available for Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay County residents, property owners & their guests. In order to purchase, the Resident / Property Owner will need to show proof of residency in either of the two counties listed above. Acceptable forms of proof are: 

    • a copy of a state-issued government ID (such as a Driver’s License)
    • a copy of a utility bill with the Resident / Property Owner's name on it

    Only the Resident / Property Owner needs to prove residency.  Proof of residency will be required and uploaded at the time of purchase. 
    "Music Only" passes are non-transferrable. Each purchaser will be required to provide the names of all cove guests prior to March 25, 2021. 

    Each Lead Guest will be required to purchase a minimum of 4 passes and will be limited to a maximum of 8 passes. 

    All "Music Only" guests must adhere to Moon Crush safety guidelines found here,  including providing a Negative Covid 19 test within 72hrs prior to arrival.

    Please note that there is currently no parking available onsite. Nearby parking options will be extremely limited. We strongly encourage all guests with Music Only Passes to arrange to be dropped off and picked up, or walk to the venue.

  • ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you wish to protect your investment, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel protection. We've teamed up with Travel Insured to offer two levels of protection: a standard insurance policy and a 50% Cancel for Any Reason add-on policy.

    • Travel Insured's standard policy will reimburse cancellations at 100% of monies paid for covered cancellation reasons.
    • Travel Insured's Cancel For Any Reason add-on policy will reimburse up to 50% of monies paid when cancelling for any reason not covered by the standard policy when cancelled at least 48 hours prior to start of event.

  • Yes. To protect yourself and others, follow these CDC recommendations:

    • Wear a mask over your nose and mouth
    • Stay at least 6 feet away from others
    • Avoid crowds
    • Avoid poorly ventilated spaces
    • Wash your hands often

  • If Moon Crush is cancelled or postponed, we have secured back up dates in October of 2021, and guests will receive an email with these options:

    • Transfer your full reservation (same house, same cove assignment) to the make up dates in October 2021
    • Transfer monies paid towards a future Moon Crush event.
    • Receive a full refund of all monies paid to Moon Crush. You’ll be provided a brief window of time to make your selection and refunds will be processed within approximately 45 days of making your selection.

  • All packages must be purchased in advance of Moon Crush. No packages will be sold onsite.

  • Enroll in Automatic Monthly Billing and customize your own payment schedule! See the details.

    If you decide not to do automatic monthly billing, this minimum payment schedule allows guests to make installment payments on their vacation over time. The date that you place your reservation will dictate your minimum deposit amount, after which you would be required to make any future payments according to the schedule. To make a payment on an existing reservation, please sign in to your account.


    Payment Schedule - Resort:

    • $250 per person due at the time of reservation and;
    • Another $250 per person is due on January 24, 2021
    • Remaining 100% is due on February 24th, 2021

    Payment Schedule - House:

    • $350 per person due at the time of reservation and;
    • Another $350 per person is due on January 24, 2021
    • Remaining 100% is due on February 24th, 2021

    Payment Schedule - Condo:

    • $350 per person due at the time of reservation and;
    • Another $350 per person is due on January 24, 2021
    • Remaining 100% is due on February 24th, 2021

    Payment Schedule - Music Only Pass:

    • $200 per person due at the time of reservation and;
    • Another $200 per person is due on January 24, 2021
    • Remaining 100% is due on February 24th, 2021

  • To let someone add you to their reservation, you'll need to have a Sixthman profile and add your lead guest to your Approved Lead Passengers list. 

    Create a Sixthman profile here, or sign in to your existing profile. 

    Then, in the Guest Permissions section here, click the Approve A New Lead Passenger button and enter your lead guest's username.

    You're all set, the lead guest can now add you as a guest in their accommodations. Hooray!

  • If you're the lead guest with an existing reservation you can add a guest online. First, your guest needs a Sixthman username, and needs to give you permission to add them to your stateroom. 

    STEP 1

    Provide your guest with your Sixthman username, and have them create a Sixthman profile here, or sign in to their existing profile. In the Guest Permissions section have them add you to their Approved Lead Passengers list. 

    STEP 2

    Once they're done, you can sign in to your profile and they'll appear in Your Authorized Guests list. Now, go to your current reservation and add them in the Personal Information section.

  • Moon Crush is an all ages connected music vacation. However, you must be at least 25 years old to be the lead guest in a booking.

  • All Moon Crush guests will have a reserved private viewing area that will accommodate their traveling party. 

  • Each private viewing area will be sized according to the number in your party - that number will be the purchased occupancy of your accommodations.

  • Yes - Moon Crush has identified ADA compliant accommodations for our guests. In addition, the event site will be ADA accessible. Please contact us with any further questions before booking and a member of the Moon Crush team will be able to provide additional information!

  • Moon Crush will take place rain or shine.

  • Pets are not permitted into the Moon Crush music venue; however, may be permitted into your accommodations. Some accommodations are pet-friendly, although may require a deposit.  Pet friendly accommodations will be indicated at the time of booking. Please check with individual VRM's for pet-friendly accommodations and deposit information.

  • Don't forget to keep our Bag Policy in mind when preparing to head to the Moon Crush music venue!

  • Check-in is 4:00pm CT or later. Due to the high standard of cleanliness from our accommodation partners, there is a possibility that your vacation rental may not be ready at 4:00pm CT. Check-out is at 10:00am CT. Please contact your VRM with any further questions.

  • For your meals outside of the music venue you can find a Whole Foods Market, Publix, and many great restaurants, many of which may offer to bring the food directly to you!

    DURING THE SHOWS

    FOOD: We're excited to let you know that all guests are welcome to bring in your own food to the shows! Whether you want to prepare your own snacks or order take-out from any of the local restaurants, we welcome you to enjoy what you'd like during the shows. For guests looking to order food while at the shows, there will be a grill making fresh burgers & chicken sandwiches, as well as veggie burgers. In addition, guests can order a snack pack. Please use plastic or paper containers for all food items as no glass or outside beverages will be allowed into the venue.

    BEVERAGES: You will have two options when it comes to enjoying beverages during the shows. You have the option to purchase a Founder's Edition Moon Crush Orca Cooler or purchase beverage a la carte through the Moon Crush App.

    Option 1: By purchasing the cooler package, you'll receive an official Founder's Edition Moon Crush Orca Cooler that will be stocked with your beverages of choice and waiting for you in your Cove when you arrive each day. You'll purchase items from an expanded menu all at Seascape Wine & Spirits prices!

    • You can purchase your Moon Crush “Founder's Edition" Orca Soft Cooler here.
    • No need to lug your cooler to and from the shows! Seascape Wine & Spirits will stock it at retail prices, ice it down and have it waiting for you in your COVE.  We explored the idea of allowing guests to bring coolers each day, however, the liquor laws will not allow alcohol to be brought on & off of the property.  When you arrive at the first show, your cooler will be stocked full of your beverages that you ordered using the Moon Crush App.  You’ll leave it with us each night and re-order from the app so that our team can re-stock it before the next day's performance.  All items leftover in your cooler each night will be kept in the cooler for the following day.  We appreciate your understanding on this.
    • You'll purchase your drinks from our expanded beverage menu available through the official Moon Crush app (launching soon!) 
    • Each night after the shows, our live ordering will open. You'll simply go into the Moon Crush app and purchase what you'd like for the next day (ordering will be live beginning after the show through 10:00am the following day). 
    • The coolers hold 24 ~12 oz cans and will get fresh ice each day.
    • You can purchase as many coolers as you'd like for your Cove and after the last show on Friday, April 30 the cooler is all yours to take home and enjoy! We did look into offering a “hard” cooler but the inability to include the Moon Crush logo and guarantee we would have them in time led us to focus on just offering the “soft” cooler.
    • Your cooler package also includes a $50 gift card to Mezcal Mexican Grill located at the Seascape Towne Centre. You can check out the menu here and these items will be available on the courtyard behind Mezcal as well. 

    Option 2: We'll also have a great in-venue menu of options for you to purchase during the shows. You'll order directly from the Moon Crush app and our team will deliver your ice-cold beverages right to your Cove. This is the current list of beverage options available to Moon Crush guests inside of the venue (subject to change). No outside beverages will be allowed into the venue. You are still welcome to bring a foldable wagon to transport your food choices, but no outside coolers or beverages will be allowed inside. 

  • Yes, face masks covering nose and mouth are required for all guests while in any public area of the music venue - outside of a designated Cove. Inside of a Cove, mask use is strongly encouraged unless actively drinking and eating. Compliance with the Moon Crush mask policy will contribute to the safety and comfort of all of guests.

  • The following items will be permitted inside of the venue:

    • Face masks (required)
    • Blankets
    • Phones
    • Point & Shoot Cameras
    • Hand Sanitizer (less than 4 fl. oz.)
    • Food

    Items NOT permitted inside of the venue:

    • Weapons of any kind
    • Pets (only trained service animals - no emotional support animals)
    • Coolers
    • Outside Beverages
    • Illegal Drugs
    • Umbrellas
    • Chairs (already provided in each Cove)
    • Tables
    • Fireworks / Flammable Items
    • Audio / Video Recording Equipment, iPad or other tablets, Professional Camera Equipment with detachable lenses, Selfie Sticks, GoPros, and Drones (See our photo/video policy)
    • Flags / Totems / Flagpoles
    • Laser Pointers
    • Tents / Canopies
    • Thrown Objects (Baseballs, Footballs, Frisbees, etc)
    • Cigarettes/Cigars/Vape Pens (No Smoking within the Venue)
  • Unfortunately, no outside beverages or coolers will be allowed into the music venue at Moon Crush. However, guests will be permitted to bring in their own food to enjoy during the shows.

  • Yes, both food and beverage will be available at the Moon Crush music venue. Guests will have the ability to pre-order both in advance (details forthcoming) and all items will be delivered to each private viewing area.

  • Photos and short video clips are allowed. However, please respect your fellow guests and be unobtrusive when taking photos or video clips.

    The following are not permitted at any performances or activities:

    • Detachable lenses longer than 3”
    • Filming an entire performance
    • Flash photography
    • GoPro or similar style action cameras
    • iPad or other tablets
    • Professional audio or video equipment
    • Selfie sticks, monopods or tripods

    Moon Crush reserves the right to ask guests to stop filming or taking photos at any time to preserve the guest experience and honor the wishes of our artists.

  • Yes, Moon Crush will provide seating for all guests in each private viewing area. Guests will not be permitted to bring their own chairs into Coves.

  • Yes, re-entry will be allowed at the music venue. When you return to the venue, you’ll go through security once again to re-enter.
  • Yes! Both Moon Crush and artist merchandise will be available. Merchandise can be purchased via our app (details forthcoming) and will be delivered to your private viewing area.

  • Yes! Golf carts will provide an easy way to get from your vacation rental to the Moon Crush Stage, the beach, or other local destinations and our partners have just the transportation you need! They offer a large selection of low speed vehicles to make your connected music vacation unforgettable. We will be providing Golf Cart rental information details shortly. Please stay tuned!

  • Parking will only be available for Golf Carts.  We suggest arranging private transportation or using a rideshare service for pick up and drop off at the US 98 entrance of the Seascape Towne Centre located at 80 Seascape Dr, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. 

  • According to the CDC, neither the recently authorized and recommended vaccines nor the other COVID-19 vaccines currently in clinical trials in the United States can cause you to test positive on viral tests, which are used to see if you have a current infection.   • If one (or more) person(s) tests postive, no one from that reservation will be allowed entry into the festival per CDC guidelines. Because this is a non-refundable event, we recommend that all booked guests purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.

  • We recommend that the person with a potential false-positive test result gets a second PCR or Rapid Test to confirm that they are in fact, negative. Only those showing a negative test result will be allowed entry into the music venue and curated activities.

If a member of your party does not have this proof, they may elect to go to a suggested facility in Miramar Beach/Destin to purchase a rapid COVID-19 test. Guests are financially responsible for their test.

  • All guests entering the festival must wear a mask when they are not inside of their Cove. Per the CDC, "Most people with underlying medical conditions can and should wear masks. If you have respiratory conditions and are concerned about wearing a mask safely, discuss with your healthcare provider the benefits and potential risks of wearing a mask or if you have any concerns about wearing a mask."

  • All children over the age of 2 years old are required to wear a mask. The CDC states that Covid-19 tests are safe for children ages 1 and older, therefore anyone 1 and older are required to show a negative covid test to gain entry into the festival.
